Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of Greenview’s waste management services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Service Agreements
Greenview will provide waste collection, recycling, and disposal services based on the terms agreed upon in your contract. Service availability is subject to your business location and the types of waste being managed.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges. Cancellations require 14 days' notice, and fees may apply depending on the service.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring waste is properly sorted and stored prior to collection. Hazardous materials must be disclosed and handled according to UK regulations.
Liability
Greenview is not liable for any delays or service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances. We are also not responsible for any damage resulting from improper waste disposal practices by the customer.
